Amplify Day Camp brings the creativity, friendships and magic of Amplify into a Monday–Friday experience for local families. Campers spend their days making music and art, swimming, playing, connecting with friends and working toward a final showcase, then head home each afternoon.
No experience necessary. Just come ready to create.

Day Campers are part of the Amplify community from the moment they arrive. They join sleepaway campers throughout the day for creative programs, activities, swimming, friendships and camp traditions, with dedicated staff making sure they feel known, included and connected.
The biggest difference? At the end of the day, they get to sleep in their own bed.

FAQ
Amplify Day Camp is a weekday creative arts camp in Ojai, California, for campers entering 3rd–8th grade. Campers take part in Amplify’s creative programming and activities, then head home each afternoon instead of sleeping at camp.
Campers choose a creative immersive, such as Rock Band, songwriting, musical theatre, or visual arts, and take part in electives, recreation, and the Final Showcase. The day includes a mix of focused creative time, movement, and fun with other campers.
No previous camp experience is needed, and many programs welcome beginners. Some advanced creative programs may have experience requirements, so check the description for the specific immersive your child is interested in.
Not at all. Day Campers are Amplify campers. They join the larger camp community throughout the day for creative programs, activities, swimming, friendships and camp traditions. Our staff intentionally help Day Campers connect from the beginning and make sure they feel known, included and part of the community.

Absolutely. Day Camp lets kids experience Amplify’s creative programming and community while sleeping at home. Some families use it as a first step before trying sleepaway camp.
The current schedule lists a Juniors Day Camp week from June 21–25 and three two-week sessions: June 28–July 9, July 12–23, and July 26–August 6. Check Rates + Dates for current availability and tuition.
The Day Camp: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., yes! Lunch is included every camp day. Please share any allergies or dietary needs with us during registration so our team can plan accordingly.
Campers are grouped with age peers throughout the day and receive age-appropriate support from our staff. Creative programs welcome a range of experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced young artists.
Share your child’s allergies and dietary needs during registration. Amplify says it works with families to plan for individual needs and provides lunch at camp.
Amplify is a phone-free camp. Campers leave phones and other personal electronics at home so they can be fully present, make face-to-face friendships, create, play and enjoy camp without the pressure of screens and social media.
Campers should bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, swimsuit, hat and any necessary personal items. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended for active play and creative activities.
