A free 8-week after-school creative arts program for high schoolers.
Amplify After Hours gives teens a consistent, professionally supported space to decompress, connect, create, and build practical tools for navigating stress and everyday challenges.
Over eight weeks, we’ll make art, music, and talk about the stuff teens are actually dealing with. Through hands-on creative workshops and approachable conversations, teens will explore topics like stress, emotions, relationships, boundaries, self-expression, belonging, and asking for help.
Workshops are led by mental health professionals alongside creative arts guest workshop leaders.

Amplify After Hours is designed as an 8-week cohort rather than a drop-in program, so participants should plan to attend the full program.
