Syryn Records High School Internship

Live at Amplify Summer 2025

Syryn Records is our youth-run, non-profit record label internship for 9th-12th graders that seeks to amplify women artists in the music industry and empower them to help create change.

Syryn Records is Amplify’s very own record label, and we’re thrilled to bring it to camp this year, offering high schoolers a unique opportunity to intern at a real record label. Each internship lasts two weeks, giving campers hands-on experience in the music industry. At the end of their internship, every camper will receive a personalized reference letter from our label staff, which they can use to further their career aspirations or use for college applications.

What Kinds Of Cool Things Will We Be Doing In The Internship?

Design the cover art for our 2025 compilation record

Help book our bands, plan, and run the end of summer Campchella

Design Merch

(design t-shirts, stickers, show posters etc)

Learn content creation and marketing

Work directly with our 12 signed artists

Learn from incredible special guest mentors (previous special guests have been Lauren Mayberry from Chvrches, Shirley Manson, Zella Day, Bones UK, Portia Sabin, Donita Sparks)

In Session One of our Syryn Records internship, campers will dive into the world of art and design, creating the 2025 compilation record’s artwork, t-shirts, stickers, show posters, and more. Session Two shifts focus to content creation and marketing, where campers will learn how to promote the label and its artists learning strategy in digital marketing from our expert label staff. In Session Three, campers will take on event planning and booking, organizing our very own Campchella—Amplify’s version of Coachella—complete with public relations efforts for the album release. The summer culminates with Campchella, where our signed artists perform live at Amplify, joined by other female-fronted bands and artists on multiple stages.
