This is truly the best camp ever! My daughter was introduced to it two years ago, and she fell in love instantly — with the camp, the program, the counselors, everything. She made so many amazing friends and is still in touch with many of them today.

I’ll never forget picking her up that first year: she was literally surrounded by about ten friends and didn’t want to leave! 🤷🏻‍♀️ And that was her first sleepaway camp experience. She talked about camp nonstop for weeks afterward and counted down the days until she could go back.

This year was just as incredible — even better, actually — because some of the same kids returned, and the sense of community was so strong.

The music program is fantastic. She plays several instruments, and the camp gave her opportunities to grow, explore, and truly enjoy herself.

Our daughter has attended Camp Amplify for the last two summers and it has been incredible watching her blossom, explore her creativity and grow her independence. The campus is truly idyllic, with beautiful views and wonderful facilities and the community is wonderfully inclusive with girls from all over the country.

What means the most to us is knowing she’s in a space where she’s truly safe to explore who she is, surrounded by people who genuinely care for her. Camp Amplify strikes the perfect balance of engaging classes and open time to dream, create and just be a kid. Such a special place.

I was truly impressed by the incredible journey of the 2025 Amplify Camp. I believe it was all made possible thanks to the passion and dedication of the staff and campers throughout the experience.

For my daughter, it was her first-ever sleepaway camp, and she struggled with homesickness at the beginning. But thanks to the support of the amazing staff and the friends she met at Amplify, she gradually opened up and fully immersed herself in the camp experience. She doesn’t even want to leave from Amplify at last.

My daughter—who loves music deeply—joined the camp all the way from Korea, and the long flight was more than worth it. It became a precious, lifelong memory for her. Beyond music, the camp offered diverse opportunities such as swimming, skateboarding, and art. Above all, I felt it was truly meaningful that the children learned, communicated, and grew together through their shared experiences. Naturally, my daughter says she will join the next camp without hesitation, and she hopes to see her beloved staff and friends again.

She will cherish the meaningful memories and lessons she gained from Amplify. Thank you once again to everyone—staff and campers—for making this such a wonderful and unforgettable journey.

Even though I haven’t attended Amplify Camp yet, I’ve been really impressed with how responsive and friendly their team is over email. They answer questions quickly, clearly, and with a lot of warmth. Their communication has already made me feel confident and excited about getting involved

Our daughter loved Camp Amplify! She attended for 2 weeks, over the summer of ‘25. From the amazing staff to the welcoming campers, she felt safe and comfortable to create! At camp amplify the students are encouraged to explore who they are through music and play. It was a great experience for E, and we would definitely send her again!

I came here when I was shy, young, and afraid. I was twelve years old when I first came to Amplify (I’m fifteen now), and I’m so grateful for all the people I’ve met and the things I was able to do. I have a hard time expressing myself through words unless I have some kind of speech I’ve planned out already. But, life doesn’t really let you plan out your future without some bumps in the road. But I was always able to express my feeling through art. Whether that’s fashion, music, or painting. I was able to do it. And it felt natural. I had that same feeling when I was at Amplify my first year. Everything felt NATURAL. Being surrounded by girls just like me. It’s beautiful.

My grand-daughter Sage attended this camp and when she came back she was absolutely ecstatic. She raved about it for weeks and is counting down the days to when the recording of the final showcase comes out. She is so excited to go back next summer. Thank you amplify for providing such a joy filled experience for her.

LOVE the work Amplify is doing!!! Had the pleasure of performing at their Campchella showcase this past year. It was beautiful to perform to an audience of girls / gender expansive youth, definitely healing to my inner child. Would love to support again in the future!

My experience with Amplify has been as a small donor. I’m over 70, see the work done to support the young women to be bold, kind and to learn! Try something new with no judgement! Since none of my “friend circle” need another gift, for their Birthday or Christmas, I send their gift money as a donation to Amplify. It’s a challenge, on a fixed income, but the reward is seeing the great things Amplify has provided.

My daughter really likes the experience of her AMPLFY sleep away camp. It’s her first time camping away from us. She love the fact that she spend time with her friends as well as making new friends. They have lots of fun activities. It’s safe and great for kids to learn outdoor activities – much better than gaming at home!

Amplify is a very special place for tween and teen girls to explore their interests and cultivate their talent. Honestly, I was BLOWN AWAY by the thoroughness of the registration forms and process. They surpassed every expectation I ever had in their efforts to understand who my daughter is before she showed up. I suspect they could support any possible need your child might have (medical issues, homesickness, anxiety, neurodivergence, etc.). The setting is beyond idyllic, the food is great, and the access they give these young people to tools, equipment, and quality instruction is truly unique. It’s November and we’re already registered for next summer!

Our daughter will be starting her 4th summer at Amplify. She loves being with like-minded persons, passionate about music and the arts. She always comes back with stories of the relationships she’s made and shared creativity. Great experience all around.

My daughter has attended two summer sessions at Amplify camp and has loved each time. She loves the electives and was proud of the projects she was a part of. Plus it’s fun that there’s pool time in the afternoons when it gets hot. We plan to send her next year too!

My daughter attended Amplify a couple of summers ago and it was an incredible experience for her. It was her first experience with a sleep away camp and while she definitely had to overcome some nerves, in the end, she raved about the teachers, activities and food! Our experience with check in was seamless and everyone was so kind, welcoming and reassuring. The range of programs they have available is amazing, and it’s just so cool to find a space that lets girls truly explore their creativity and grow in such an organic way. She came home feeling so confident in herself and that has definitely carried into her life since. She hasn’t been able to return just due to scheduling conflicts the last two summers, but we have it on the list for her to come again when the timing is right, along with her younger sister. Highly recommend. Please give it the chance if you’re on the fence. This is a truly great program!

Our daughter attended a 2 week program in June 2025. I dropped her off and picked her up from the camp and got a little tour and insight into life at Amplify. She had an amazing time, is signed up to return for 4 weeks next summer and has made some really strong friendships around music which her and the other girls are super passionate about. The camp director, Jen, has been incredibly helpful and what we love is how open to feedback they are and take all suggestions seriously incorporating many into upcoming year. Thank you for putting on such a wonderful program for our daughters to become leaders in the Arts.

I loved Amplify. I went for two weeks and immediately wished I had gone for another two. I met so many awesome kids, the instructors were outstanding, and the campus was next-level.
Some Highlights ✨
– The food. It was surprisingly really good and they had really good vegetarian options.
– The talent show. This was probably my favorite thing at camp. My friends and I did Hamilton karaoke and it was so fun, all the practice leading up to it too. I got to play some of my original songs as well which was super fun, and seeing all the talents the other kids have was really inspiring.
– The final showcase! It was so fun and special! Especially all the little moments getting ready leading up to it. They are things that I’ll treasure forever.
– Self Care Sunday: not necessarily self care sunday itself, but the fact that we got to sleep in.
– Field day. It was awesome!
– My band, The Janky Starz. I feel SO lucky that I was put in this band because it is seriously THE BEST.
I loved all the instructors and councilors but my favorite instructors were Nicole (AKA Papa Star, our RBI teacher.) and Rory (Feminism elective). Both of them were so supportive and felt like people I’d feel comfortable talking to about anything even though I only knew them for two weeks. Nicole taught me so much, was so supportive, and I had the absolute best time with her and the rest of my band. Rory was the person who I immediately trusted and I felt like I could go to him about anything.

The few downsides (which were not big and just personal things. I would still recommend Amplify to everyone)
– I had to wake up at 7am. Which is 3 hours earlier than I normally wake up.
– Beach day. I just didn’t feel like leaving campus. Actually, no. I’m mixed about beach day. I didn’t feel like leaving campus but I did end up mostly having fun (AKA choreographing a performance of Non-Stop at the beach. Then singing Hamilton with my friends the entire way there and back and I’m pretty sure we annoyed the entire bus. Either that or they thought it was a good show.

Overall I loved Amplify and I can’t wait to go back next summer. I would absolutely, without hesitating, recommend it to anyone who likes the things we do there. Huge thank you to all the staff for making it the best summer ever! 🎉

Our daughter attended a two week sleep away program at Amplify this past summer. She had an incredible time. She made friends she still texts multiple times a week, developed close connections with teachers and staff, LOVED the food, and her confidence as a musician really improved as well. We are very impressed with the values and culture at Amplify and are excited for summer 2026. Thank you Amplify!

Our 13 year old daughter attended Amplify Sleep Away camp summer 2025 and had the time of her life. It was her first seep away camp experience, she went knowing no one, and stayed for a two week session. When she returned home she was bursting with stories of community, connection, identity, friendship, and empowerment. The only thing I can really equate it to is how I felt coming home from a year at University. I felt like I found a new place where I belonged and that meant the world to me. Amplify provided our daughter with a positive, safe, nurturing, and education environment and she came home a better version of herself! Her music skills improved, she was excited to keep creating (and practicing) and is already enrolled for next summer. Thank you Amplify for creating this wonderful space for our daughter.

My 11-year old went to Amplify Sleep Away camp last summer and had the time of her life! It was her first sleep away experience, She loved learning a new instrument and best of all she made new friends that she’s still talking to and planning to see again this summer. Plus, it was an amazing confidence builder!

The camp was well-organized and extremely responsive helping us feel comfortable choosing this camp for our daughter’s first extended time away from home.

Everything about this camp is awesome, the location, the staff, the offerings, the food! Its my daughters 3rd year participating, shes almost 13yrs old now. Highly recommend

Another year down and another pick up of one happy camper. This is our 3rd year and every year I get to hear about the fun experiences and all of the new things she has learned at camp. In typical pre-teen fashion the drive home from camp is the most she will conversate with me in a single day, until next years pick up lol Just kidding but I can never truly express the level of gratitude and respect I have for all of the staff and directors of this camp. I have never heard my daughter melanie say a single negative thing about a staff member or how she was treated and believe me she would tell me in a heart beat. It truly takes a special batch of people to come together and provide this kind of environment for kids and young adults and they have made something really special. Yes its only 2 weeks a year but I cannot think of a single other activity, event, destination, vacation in my child’s life that she can recall with such detail and states she CANNOT wait until next time. This place really brings her out of her shell and I know she is safe and secure for 2 weeks so I don’t have to worry about her. I love the fact they cannot have their phones, so they have to “shut-off” for 2 weeks and just focus on being a kid and letting themselves breathe without the pressure of todays constant social media influence. If you’re on the fence about sending your child I hope this review steers you in the right direction. This camp truly deserves all the recognition and I hope they continue to do this many more years into the future! See ya next year

I am so grateful that my daughter got to experience this camp! She’s has not stopped talking about it and her confidence has gone up exponentially. She still talks to her camp mates and the band skills she developed got her into a rock group program at her school. Hands down the BEST CAMP EVER 🎸✨

This was my first time at amplify and I met so many amazing people. The campers are so kind and excited to be in this community and they inspire me as a musician! This camp is the most inclusive and inspirational camp for young musicians and the best choice for a sleep away camp!

Our family loves this camp! It’s the highlight of the summer for a 12 year old who would otherwise be lobbying for far too much screen time indoors. I’ve been told more than once “Amplify is the place where I feel completely accepted for who I am”. As As a parent I’m so grateful this camp is part of our lives.

This is my daughter Melanie’s 2nd year going to Camp Amplify. Every year it just amazes me how impactful and fun this camp has been to her summer experience. When I pick my daughter up from camp she spends literal hours talking about her time at camp and how much fun she had the last 2 weeks. I cannot express enough gratitude and admiration for this camp and the environment they have created for my daughter. This is the one thing she comes home from and says I just cannot wait until next year. Thank You so much to all of the staff and the director for giving my daughter and everyone’s children the chance to learn and grow and just have fun! Amplify Girls camp was a life changing experience for my daughter . It boosted her confidence & gave her a life reset .
When she returned home her relationship with her phone changed , she expressed feeling so much better not having it . The creative activities Amplify offers are the dopamine the kids need to replace the screens .My daughters talents are rekindled & her voice is powerful ! What an absolute gift this camp is to all young women !

My daughter is getting ready to attend Amplify this summer for the third time. Once reluctant to sleepaway from home, she looks forward to this experience each year. The accommodations are fantastic, great food, endless activities, and amazing opportunities to connect with others who have a passion for music and creative arts. The counselors seem relatable, approachable, creative and wonderful. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. It is a welcoming environment that fosters new friendships. It is a great place to go to be yourself, hang out, collaborate with others and make lasting memories.

My daughter has attended this camp for 2 years in a row and has begged us to add on another session this year. Every year she comes back from camp having grown in her confidence, sense of self, and musical ability. We love this camp.

I learned how to play bass at Amplify in 2013. I was only 8 years old. Since then I’ve been a camper, teen council member, intern during covid, counselor during the summers, and am now the year round social media manager and bass instructor during the summer! I haven’t missed a year<3 Amplify is so much more to me than a summer camp. It’s so much more than just learning an instrument or a new skill. Amplify has without a doubt made me who I am and allowed me to be unapologetically the best version of me that I want to be. Coming back as staff allowed me to keep the magic going.I’ve got to see firsthand young girls find hope, power, and love within themselves to be who they are and want to be. I’ve seen them come to camp shy, and leave bolder and braver than ever. I know it’s true because not too long ago that was me! Jen Baron created a beautiful space, and a life changing program when she started Amplify. I am forever in awe of this program and the people I’ve gotten to meet and will meet through it, the skills I’ve learned most musically and emotionally, and the lifelong memories. I hope to stay a part of Amplify forever. ⭐️

Omg! My daughter was so excited about this camp and being able to be with her friends, and make NEW friends. She came back home so happy and excited to tell me her experiences with the program and helped my daughter with her social anxiety with opening up more. I highly recommend this program and your kids will too 🦋

Amplify is a great program with the most caring staff. My daughter looks forward to every lesson and summer spent at camp. The afterschool and summer camp programs are amazing! The program definitely encourages creativity and self confidence in girls.

Amplify is my daughter Bradie’s FAVorite camp – this summer will be our 4th, and Amplify is something my daughter calls the highlight of her summer. Things that Bradie especially enjoys is the casual camaraderie, and how the campers in her track are grouped with instrumentalists into casual bands to allow them to combine their creativity in an informal but guided way (she’s a vocalist). The end of session “jam” is the closing finale and not to be missed! As a parent, I also appreciate the convenient transportation options as well as the “screen free” philosophy. This will be our last summer at Amplify (unless my daughter comes back as a counsellor) – highly recommend for girls and young women to enjoy a creative, supportive experience!

My daughters have attended for 3 summers now, because it’s an amazing experience!
It’s always shocking to me how much they do in a two week span.
My oldest has always been a pretty shy person even struggled with social anxiety, but when I saw the pictures of her performing on stage! rocking out on an electric guitar, it nearly made me cry tears of joy. Her new found confidence really helped with the first weeks of a new HS, she also continued her lessons in base.
My two younger daughters also discovered their passion for photography and song writing. I love this camp because of the space they have created for these girls, they bond, and grow together, and they are exposed to music in fun and relevant manner to their age. My youngest made so many friends, even has “besties” who she talks to via text on regular bases but she lives on the another side of the country, yet they are still close and the friendship only grows then they reunite at camp, which always makes camp that much more exciting. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to send my daughters here, and will continue to.

Amplify constantly and consistently proves themselves to be at the forefront of youth oriented creative experiences. Whether it be internship opportunities, camp, or events. You can be sure that everything is done with love, care, and passion. Amplify fosters a safe and loving environment where everyone feels supported and welcome. You will leave one of the greatest experiences of your life with lifelong friends! I can’t think of a better organization for youth than Amplify.

My daughter attended Amplify Sleep Away Camp and had an absolute blast! The counselors were amazing and created an unforgettable experience. This camp provided her with memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a fantastic camp for their child.

Even though my daughter isnt as musical as the others, there were many other options – so she chose photography and enjoyed the other aspects of the camp. At first, she was nervous for going and then as soon as she met friends, she was fine. Very empowered and inclusive camp, which was important for us to teach confidence in a difficult stage of life (middle school)!

Our daughter started last year at Amplify. She felt so at home with the incredible staff and super sweet group of girls. She grew a lot musically and had so much fun. We’ll be back this year! Thank you!!
