Music Summer Camp: Intermediate-level Rock Band Intensive (RBI)
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ★ ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED ★ GROUPED BY AGE ★ STAFF MEET YOUTH WHERE THEY AREAlready have some chops on your instrument and ready to level up? Rock Band Intensive is designed for intermediate players with at least 1+ years of experience on guitar, drums, bass, piano/keys, or vocals. This program is all about giving campers more band practice, more songwriting, and more stage time.

Meet Shannon, Rock Band Instructor
Hi! I’m Shannon from Derry in the North of Ireland. I’ve been playing in bands since I was 12 and I set up the Girls Rock! chapter in Belfast Ireland in 2016. I first came to Amplify in 2018 and my band is called Sister Ghost! I started as the Guitar Instructor and Band Coach and now I’m a Rock Band Intensive instructor – it’s such an awesome job and I can’t wait to meet this year’s campers.
✨ Daily Activities Include
With two band practice sessions a day, campers will have plenty of time to write multiple original songs and polish up some exciting covers. The program also includes workshops on advanced musicianship, stagecraft, and performance presence.
The session culminates in an epic live performance where campers showcase everything they’ve created and learned.
