Ever dreamed of playing in a band and rocking the stage? Our Rock Band 101 immersive is the perfect place to start—no experience necessary! Choose your instrument (guitar, drums, bass, vocals, or keys) and spend your mornings in small-group lessons learning the fundamentals. In the afternoons, join your bandmates to write an original song, coached by some of the most talented musicians and teachers around. Whether you’ve never touched an instrument or you’ve been playing for a year, this immersive gets you onstage with your first band.
At the end of camp, you’ll perform live on stage at our end-of-session showcase!

Meet Shannon, Rock Band Instructor
Hi! I’m Shannon from Derry in the North of Ireland. I’ve been playing in bands since I was 12 and I set up the Girls Rock! chapter in Belfast Ireland in 2016. I first came to Amplify in 2018 and my band is called Sister Ghost! I started as the Guitar Instructor and Band Coach and now I’m a Rock Band Intensive instructor – it’s such an awesome job and I can’t wait to meet this year’s campers.
