• We offer a $250 early bird discount which is applied automatically to anyone who signs up by October 31st. This discount brings the price of tuition to $4850 per 2-week session.

• We love when our campers help grow the Amplify community.

  Returning Camper Ambassador Program
  If a returning Amplify family refers a new camper who enrolls, the referring family will receive a $500 referral credit, and the new family will receive $250 off their first summer at Amplify.

  Bring-a-Friend Discount (New Families)
  New campers who sign up together with a friend who is also new to Amplify will each receive $250 off tuition.

• While its not a discount, per se, we do also offer flexible payment plans and low cost deposits to ensure your spot in camp.

Yes, we offer cancellation insurance for $300 per 2-week session, per camper. Since we have a limited number of beds at Amplify, most parents enroll their children in camp months in advance to ensure a spot. We realize that situations arise (i.e. illness, family emergencies, change of plans, etc.); therefore, Amplify is happy to offer a camp cancellation insurance program that must be purchased at the time of enrollment. Families that purchase insurance can switch both sessions and immersive up until April 1st, guaranteed.  

If cancellation insurance is purchased and cancellation happens before:

• 2/1/2026: 100% refund
• 3/1/2026: 75% refund
• 4/1/2026: 50% refund

* There will be no refund after 4/1/2026.

Refunds are only granted when cancellation insurance has been purchased.

Payment Authorization Policy

When enrolling your child in Amplify Arts Project programming, you agree to our financial terms and authorize Amplify to securely store and use your payment information to process tuition and related charges. If a payment method is declined or no longer valid, we reserve the right to charge any other card previously used or stored in your account to fulfill outstanding balances. This helps ensure that your camper’s spot remains reserved and that payment schedules are honored.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and accept these terms as outlined in our Financial Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

If you’d like to pay in monthly installments, we’ll automatically debit your account on the 15th of each month leading up to 2 weeks before your session. Any remaining balance will automatically be charged to your account 2 weeks before your session. Anyone registering within 2 weeks of their session required to pay in full upon registering.

We do ! We also sometimes can offer work trade. Please fill out the application at the link below if that is of interest to you. We also have a special scholarship fund for our returning campers.

Often, yes. Many families enroll for 2 weeks to secure a spot, then extend if space allows. If you think you might want 4 or 6 weeks, email or text us early so we can help you map the best path and increase the chances we can extend your stay.
