PM Co-Lead Counselor Team
Part of the leadership and counselor team, these dynamic and fun mentors ensure all aspects of programming, communication and camper care occur seamlessly from afternoon electives through the night. This is done by assisting, supporting, supervising, and coordinating A (residential) and C (afternoon/evening) counselors. The PM lead team is responsible for any evening communication with Besant Hill or Amplify staff as needed and is directly supervised by the program director and the executive director.
SCHEDULE
This is a temporary salaried position. The C and A co-lead counselors follow their counselor groups’ schedule with the C counselor lead working 2-9:30pm, and the A counselor lead working 4pm-midnight. The schedule adjusts on arrival, departure, beach, field day, and showcase days. The co-lead team works 6 days/week with one 24-hour period free from responsibilities beginning at 7am following your shift.
